Ingredients Note: Although I use terms such as buttercream or cream cheese, ALL of my recipes are vegan. These terms are indicative of the flavor, not the ingredients used. I assure you, your tongue will not know the difference!
I pay extra attention to dietary needs. I specialize in vegan recipes, but if requested I can also make non-vegan. My standard recipes contain no nuts, no soy, no dairy, and no eggs. But if you have special allergen problems where those are an issue.
There is coconut in most of my products, as well as palm oil instead of soybean oil. If you have problems with those, let me know and I can make adjustments.
I am finalizing a gluten-free line of cupcakes.
Although I try extremely hard to be conscientious about allergy concerns, and I thoroughly wash all equipment to avoid cross-contamination, the cupcakes are made on equipment that has been exposed to wheat. Also, I do not have a nut-free, dairy-free house, but I try extremely hard to keep them separate.
I use Ghirardelli semi-sweet mini chocolate chips in my chocolate chip cookie dough frosting. The ingredients listed on the package state: "Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Coca Butter, Soy Lecithin--An Emulsifier, Vanilla). May Contain Milk."
